Salon Policies and Procedures

This service is best for those who wear their hair in its curly state 90% of the time. This service is NOT best for those who prefer to wear their hair straight, in twist outs, or braid outs 90% of the time. This service is NOT best for those who have significant heat damage and desire to slowly transition the hair out instead of having it cut.

To ensure your best possible results detoxing your hair of raw oils and butters is necessary. If you are a fan of using RAW shea butter, coconut oil, or black castor oil in your hair care regime, please use my FREE detox e-guide 30 days prior to your first appointment with myself.

Please arrive at the salon with detangled hair or a wash and go (that is no older than 3 days. Please do not come with braids or twists. Please bring in 3 hair inspiration photos to refer to before your haircut during your service.

Guests are permitted to cancel their appointment 48 hours before being serviced. Guests who do not call or show up to the appointment will be blocked from the ability to book in the future.

Due to the nature of the services, timeliness is very important. Guests are given 10 minute grace period in the event they are running late to their appointment (please call to make me aware). After 10 minutes it a 15 dollar late fee will be attached to your final total upon check out. Anything after 20 minutes your service maybe cancelled due to lack of time to be able to complete your service.
